Local Job Listings LLC operates a job listing and staffing lead-generation platform allowing:

• Job seekers to browse listings and submit contact information for job opportunities
• Employers and businesses to submit inquiries about staffing and candidate placement
• Staffing agencies to inquire about candidate-generation and client-generation services

We are not a party to any employment agreement between job seekers and employers. We do not guarantee job placement, interview scheduling, or employment outcomes.

3. No Employment Guarantee

Submitting your information through this Site does not constitute a job application, employment offer, or guarantee of contact. Job listings may be representative examples of the types of roles we place.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to: submit false or misleading information; use the Site for any unlawful purpose; scrape or systematically extract data; interfere with Site security; or use the Site if you are under 18 years of age.

5. Lead Generation & Data Sharing Disclosure

By submitting a form, you expressly consent to:

• Being contacted by Local Job Listings LLC via phone, email, or text message regarding job opportunities and staffing services
• Your information being shared with our employer and staffing partners who may be relevant to your inquiry
• Receiving follow-up communications (you may opt out at any time)

6. TCPA / SMS Consent

By providing your phone number, you consent to receiving calls and/or text messages from Local Job Listings LLC and its staffing partners. Consent is not a condition of service. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of text messages.

7. CRM Data Transmission

Form submissions are transmitted to GoHighLevel (GHL), our CRM provider. See the GHL Privacy Policy for details.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site is the property of Local Job Listings LLC or its licensors. You may not reproduce or distribute Site content without our express written permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE MAKE NO WARRANTY REGARDING THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR RELIABILITY OF ANY JOB LISTING OR CONTENT.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, LOCAL JOB LISTINGS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED $100.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration in The Woodlands, Texas. You waive any right to a jury trial or class action proceeding.
